As part of the St. Joseph's family that has been serving the Tampa Bay area since 1934, St. Joseph's Hospital-North is proud to be a member of the Lutz community since 2010.Facility: BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Main – SJHN Location: St. Joseph's North - Lutz, FL Status: Pool (Non-Benefit Eligible) Exempt: No Shift Hours: Sundays 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; weekdays as needed Shift: Days Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: NoPhysical Therapist (Pool) Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists to coordinate care.Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and post-discharge recommendations.Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.Requirements:Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)Required: PT (Physical Therapy) LicenseOR PT (Physical Therapy) – Eligible to ObtainOR PT (Physical Therapy) – Temporary, with licensure within 6 monthsRequired: Bachelor's Degree in Physical TherapyPreferred: 1 year of Physical Therapist experienceEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
