Physical Therapist Assistant

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay: $40-$50/hour About the Opportunity We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Dallas. This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with one-on-one patient care , allowing you to build meaningful relationships while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Also Hiring: Licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) are encouraged to apply! PT positions offer a higher pay range, depending on experience. Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans. Provide one-on-one therapeutic exercises and interventions. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics. Accurately document treatments, patient progress, and outcomes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. Deliver exceptional patient care while fostering a positive patient experience. Qualifications Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Previous outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage approximately 7-8 patients per day while providing individualized care. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
