As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join our team in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Naples, FL. Job Summary: As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and assisting with various production tasks. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Assembling and packaging products according to specifications. Conducting quality control checks on finished products. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Following safety guidelines and procedures. Assisting with other production tasks as needed. Spanish/English fluency a plus Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
