RN Telemetry I

This position is for a 30-bed Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry Unit. The RN will be responsible for taking care of patients with significant histories of cardiac disease or related processes. The role will help stabilize staffing while actively reimagining the unit. Travelers will assist with staffing and may be required to precept new hires as recruitment for core positions begins. Patients typically present with conditions such as chest pain, congestive heart failure, advanced heart failure, syncope, and may require diagnostic and interventional procedures. The unit also manages patients undergoing various cardiac procedures. In addition, there may be a requirement to overflow generalized medical/surgical patients or care for other non-cardiac patients as needed.
