You will collaborate with scientific, product, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions that improve how healthcare data is used. This is an opportunity to contribute to a fast-moving, mission-driven environment focused on transforming healthcare through data innovation. \n Accountabilities: The Client Partner, Real-World Evidence will be responsible for expanding adoption of real-world evidence solutions by building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding organizations through complex data-driven initiatives. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and engage new opportunities across biopharma, healthcare, and life sciences organizations. Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities by leveraging outbound prospecting, industry networking, and strategic account development. Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial discovery through contract negotiation and closure. Advise clients on real-world data strategies, evidence generation approaches, and solutions supporting regulatory, market access, clinical development, and healthcare outcomes goals. Present compelling value propositions, demonstrations, and business cases to senior stakeholders, including executives and leaders in HEOR, RWE, market access, and clinical development. Partner with internal science, product, marketing, and technology teams to design tailored solutions aligned with customer needs and industry requirements. Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management while identifying expansion and growth opportunities within existing accounts. Stay informed on real-world evidence trends, AI applications, healthcare regulations, and competitive developments to strengthen market positioning. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of healthcare sales experience, real-world evidence expertise, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences. 6+ years of successful sales experience, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, real-world evidence, HEOR, healthcare analytics, or AI-driven solutions. Deep understanding of real-world data sources, evidence-generation methodologies, and healthcare use cases across the product lifecycle. Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise healthcare or biopharma clients. Experience managing complex, consultative sales processes involving scientific, commercial, clinical, and data stakeholders. Strong knowledge of AI-enabled healthcare solutions and their applications in real-world evidence and outcomes research. Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value. Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue opportunities. Strong understanding of healthcare market trends, regulatory expectations, and payer evidence requirements. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
