Title: Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Ada, OK, US, 74820 Requisition Number: 230399 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products in a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor role. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers. Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety. Comply with all driving and vehicle regulations. Skills / Qualifications Required: Qualified candidates must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment candidates must: Hold an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years old. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation of prior employment. All successful candidates will also possess: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position. High School diploma, GED, or Military Service qualification. Strong customer‑service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork ability to meet goals. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and a service spirit.
