About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team

• Performing basic care activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Assisting with mealtime and feeding patients as needed

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the State of Wisconsin

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
