Your Key Responsibilities

• Utilize both radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpreting physicians
• Work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure precise diagnostics
• Position patients thoughtfully and fine-tune equipment settings for optimal imaging
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols for patient and team member protection
• Keep records updated, including imaging logs and routine maintenance of equipment
• Deliver supportive patient care throughout the imaging process
• Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging practice

Educational Background

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
• Completion of an accredited radiology program

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Active BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment

Essential Skills

• Solid understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and rapidly adapt to evolving situations
• A detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of accountability
• Comfort with technologies including PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging platforms
