Scientist I (Lab Analyst I) - Ligand Binding Assay

ICON seeks a Scientist I (Lab Analyst I) to support ligand binding assay method validation in a clinical research setting. The role involves sample preparation, instrumentation operation, data analysis, and quality control testing for pharmaceutical and biotechnology studies.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests supporting LBA method validation studies
- Learn and apply sample preparation techniques for ELISA, PK, ADA, and biomarker assays
- Operate, analyze, and maintain ligand binding assay instrumentation and systems
- Assist with data analysis and troubleshooting experiments collaboratively with team
- Document test results accurately and maintain lab organization and quality standards per GLP
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related scientific field
- 1+ years of laboratory experience, preferably in clinical research
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow protocols and maintain accurate records
- Basic proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation
- Good communication and teamwork abilities with proactive approach
