Job Details Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Location(s): Pivot at Beacon Hill – Denison, TX 75020; Renaissance Care Center – Gainesville Position Type: PRN Company: Pivot Rehabilitation Responsibilities Screens, evaluates, and treats patients. Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures. Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions, and contraindication. Establishes measurable goals and develops a treatment plan to move the patient toward maximum level of independence and/or function. Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians in direct patient care and patient‑related activities in accordance with state practice act. Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy. Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice. Good communication skills and ability to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff. Capable of performing the responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Benefits Competitive pay for full‑time starting at $43/hour. 401(k) with match.
