Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager / Building Manager for a hands-on role overseeing roofing and construction projects end-to-end. You’ll manage crews, timelines, budgets, client communications, and deliver high-quality results while actively working on the job site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple roofing, storm damage, and construction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Conduct site visits, quality control, and progress reporting.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.
- Support day-to-day operations and help scale the business (includes hands-on work).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management or building management experience in roofing/construction.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction practices.
- Experience with insurance restoration/storm damage work is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and manage budgets effectively.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time and perform hands-on physical work.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
