What you'll actually be doing
This is a customer service and sales support role

Greet and sign in showroom visitors — first impressions matter

Support Account Managers with payments, order updates, and customer questions

Explain who ProSource is and what we offer to new visitors

Schedule showroom tours for potential members

Help keep product displays and pricing up to date

Partner with the sales manager to deliver a great showroom experience

Keep the showroom organized and welcoming

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED

Customer service or showroom experience is a plus

Comfort with basic math, payments, and pricing

Comfort using computers, phones, and everyday tech

Interest in design or building materials is a plus — not required
