Salary: $28 - $34 per hour – 401k, Health, Dental, Vision, and PTO

We are seeking a highly motivated Agricultural Drainage Construction Foreman to join our team at Landmark Companies in Moorhead, MN. As an Agricultural Drainage Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of agricultural drainage systems to improve the productivity and sustainability of our clients' land.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of skilled workers in the construction of agricultural drainage systems
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in agricultural drainage construction
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of relevant machinery and equipment
- Valid driver's license - Class A CDL preferred
