Sifuentes & Associates LLC is seeking an Assistant Director to help lead day-to-day operations and support teams in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Position Summary

The Assistant Director partners with leadership to coordinate operational activities, support staff performance, and ensure programs and services run smoothly. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal teams, helping translate goals into effective daily execution.

You will bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous improvement—supporting an environment where people feel supported, processes are consistent, and results are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with planning, coordination, and execution of operational priorities to meet organizational goals.

• Oversee daily workflows, ensuring assignments are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with established standards.

• Support staff by providing guidance, coaching, and escalation support when issues arise.

• Track performance indicators and operational outcomes, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.

• Maintain organized documentation and ensure internal processes support compliance and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an operations, leadership support, or administrative coordination role.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including professional written and verbal communication.

• Ability to make sound decisions using available information and established policies.

• Proficiency in working with standard business productivity tools and maintaining organized records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-person teams and coordinating schedules, deliverables, and workflow improvements.

• Familiarity with quality assurance practices, internal controls, and compliance-oriented documentation.

• Proven ability to support process improvements through data review and structured problem-solving.

• Experience in a client-facing or service-oriented environment where responsiveness and professionalism are essential.
