Relationship Banker (Chandler, AZ) Agility 360 is seeking a Relationship Banker - Contractor to support our client's portfolio of property management companies and self-managed communities in Chandler, AZ. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, supporting banking operations, managing account-related activities, and assisting clients with treasury management products and services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, adaptable, and able to build strong client relationships while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Manage and support a portfolio of clients, including property management companies and self-managed communities. Support the Operations Manager with account opening and closing activities, including CDARS, ICs, credit cards, debit cards, checking accounts, and money market accounts. Assist clients with account payment research, lockbox inquiries, and association transitions between management companies. Train clients on banking products, services, software, and system integrations while providing troubleshooting support. Monitor daily reports to ensure insufficient funds and non-posted transactions are processed according to established procedures and deadlines. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information and timely resolution of client requests. Utilize systems, reports, and tracking tools to maintain organization and ensure completion of all assigned tasks. Collaborate with team members to balance workloads and contribute to achieving departmental performance goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal sales teams to support deposit growth and client retention. Maintain knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, policies, and procedures. Participate in training programs and apply learned knowledge to daily responsibilities.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or a related banking field. Basic knowledge of banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and commercial banking products and services. Understanding of regulatory and legal compliance requirements, banking regulations, and industry practices. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a changing environment. Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
