EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Rising Junior or rising Senior working towards a 4 year degree • Must be currently enrolled in a college or university working towards a 4 year degree or equivalent Photography/Broadcast/Visual Media/Production degree combined with a promising portfolio of work, appropriate for the level of experience and opportunity one has had to date in this field.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

• Previous experience in a production, media or creative environment preferred (internship, student productions, freelance, or academic projects). PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

• Availability to commit to 2-3 days a week with the opportunity to work more days as production projects require
• Flexibility to work irregular weekday hours, as needed, and travel, within GA, as required
• Access to a personal vehicle is required
• Understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and other technical aspects of still photography and film production.
• Familiar with the processes and work of a creative / video / production work environment.
• Knowledge of workflow process in video OR photography and workflow in software management.
• Experience with a wide array of media, formats, platforms, and mediums including broadcast, digital/mobile/social, POP, events and video.
• A basic understanding of traditional corporate communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Sharepoint, Google Workspace/G-Suite, and other platforms such as Zoom, airtable, etc.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and learn on the job.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Using one's natural creativity to solve problems, find answers and contribute what is needed as well as what is asked for.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to admit what you do not know, could improve upon, and need to learn.
