About the Role
We're hiring a full-time Sales Representative to be the face of Luxelocker to every prospect you meet. You'll guide customers through our sales process, help them understand what makes premium storage ownership different, and turn conversations into signed deals. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and the tools to grow into wherever this career takes you.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging sales presentations on Luxelocker's premium storage ownership to prospective customers
• Guide leads through a proven sales process with strong follow-through, speed to lead is how we win
• Build trust and relationships across your territories
• Participate in sales training and coaching
• Team building, mentorship, and a culture of collaborative wins
• Maintain accurate CRM records and accountability
• Occasional travel to be part of grand openings and key team milestones as we expand into new markets

• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and holding a room
• Driven, disciplined, and focused on building a long-term career
• Curious and coachable, with an appetite for picking up skills that serve you well beyond this role

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Guaranteed base salary: $40,000
• Uncapped commissions on top of base pay
• Earning potential: $100,000–$260,00 uncapped commission
