You're building the function from the ground up.What You'll OwnIT Operations & SupportRun day-to-day IT support for office + field teamsManage help desk, hardware/software issues, connectivity, and accessAdminister Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Office)Support VPN and remote access for a distributed workforceTake full ownership of company phone systems (first 30 days priority)Identity, Access & Security GovernanceManage provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access in Entra ID/Azure ADReview and right-size software + SharePoint permissionsAdminister MFA, SSO, and secure access across platformsEndpoint, Hardware & InventoryManage standard device builds and endpoint managementRun new-hire setups end-to-endOversee equipment return, wipe, redeployment, and mobile plansMaintain IT asset records, licenses, purchasing, and budgetingCybersecurity & ContinuityOwn endpoint protection, email security, patching, backups, and DRBuild incident-response capability and lead responseOwn business continuity and redundancy planningSystems, Migrations & IntegrationsSupport new platforms and SSO rolloutBring systems-integration literacy across Procore, Sage, FexaAdminister company website + careers page and ATS feedPolicy & GovernancePartner with HR + leadership on IT safety, security, and acceptable-use policiesContribute technical guidance on AI/ML/LLM governanceKeep policy practical, current, and enforceableVendor Transition & DocumentationManage clean transition off external IT vendorWrite SOPs and documentation for scalable IT processesSupport remote + field workforce with mobile-first toolsWhat the Work Looks LikeYou're the person the whole company relies on when technology must workYou step into an environment with active change, not a quiet maintenance seatHybrid role: onsite for onboarding + hands-on work, remote-eligible otherwiseMix of hands-on (imaging laptops, issuing phones) and heads-down (identity, security, governance)You support people wherever they are — VPN issues don't waitYou set the standard, build the systems, and create documentation that lastsWho You AreYou take ownership and act in the company's best interestYou balance protection with enablementYou see around corners on security and reduce risk earlyYou build systems and documentation that scaleYou communicate clearly and explain the "why"You stay steady under load — migrations + full support board don't rattle you
