Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics & Work Rehabilitation

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and work rehabilitation team in Kent, WA. This therapist-focused practice provides high-quality patient care with one-hour evaluations and treatment sessions, allowing clinicians to focus on outcomes rather than volume.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
• Flexible scheduling options available (including 4x10s)
• No routine weekend requirements
• Manageable caseload of approximately 10-12 patients per day
• One-hour evaluations and treatment sessions
• Mentorship and growth opportunities in Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), ergonomics, and occupational rehabilitation

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Assist patients in achieving functional and return-to-work goals
• Collaborate with case managers, vocational counselors, and healthcare professionals
• Supervise PTAs and support staff in accordance with Washington State regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending Washington Physical Therapist license
• Interest in orthopedics, workers' compensation, and occupational medicine
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
