We hold our employees to the highest standards of morals and character.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic, proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to join the Mittleman Eye team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and drive patient acquisition and retention. An exceptional leader to our ever-growing Marketing department, they play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.Duties & Responsibilities: Report to / CBO (Consultant) / CEOTasks and priorities of our Marketing ManagerOversee the daily workflow of the department.Cleaning past and current marketing data capture into the system and making sure they are up to date and accurate.Gather and analyze information to identify new markets, customers, demands for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products and services.Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase patient volume and revenue.Collaborate with leadership teams to identify target patient demographics and develop tailored marketing campaigns.Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website content, social media, email campaigns and online advertising.Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop and manage Marketing KIP for marketing campaigns and projects.Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to recommend innovative marketing initiatives.Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and media outlets to maximize marketing reach and effectiveness.Monitor and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals.Provide weekly reports and updates to the leadership team on marketing performance and initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field is necessary.Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare field.Strong marketing skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, and marketing software/tools.Good knowledge of the use of social media Platforms.Experience with budget management.Abilities to create and post viral content on social media in a timely manner.Benefits:Generous monthly benefit packagePaid time offPaid holidaysDiscount on eye products and services.Professional skills:Ability to work in a fast speed environment and under pressure.Positive attitude and a team player.Proven leadership skills.Good conflict resolution.Great decision-making and strong attention to detail.Well-organized and problem-solvingStrategic planning and critical thinking.Team manager and delegation.Analytics and data interpretations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mittleman Eye Center Pa
