Haul lengths and delivery points on this OTR solo job depend on where you live, so the miles are shaped around your home base in Central California. You drive a C.R. England truck and see the country along the way.

Most of what you pull is refrigerated, with some dry freight mixed in, and all of it is no-touch. You stay in close contact with customers and your fleet manager, and a strong work ethic carries you far here.

The Work:

• Solo OTR driving out of the Central California operation
• Mostly refrigerated freight with some dry loads
• No-touch freight on every load
• Delivery locations and haul lengths vary based on where you live
• Regular communication with customers and fleet managers

Schedule:

• 2-3 weeks out
• 2-3 days off

Equipment:

• Freightliner trucks three years old or newer
• Automatic transmission
• 53' trailers
• Latest safety features on board
• Part of one of the newest fleets in the country

Pay Details:

• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
• Pay per mile (CPM)
• Pay is based on 1+years of experience to these OTR accounts
• Holiday Sign-On Bonus - $1,000

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
