Currently, we are seeking an Escrow Officer / Closer or a strong Escrow Assistant ready to grow into a Closer role to join our Granbury, Texas office serving Hood County. The Escrow Officer / Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.Your specific duties will include:Manage escrow transactions from contract receipt through closing and funding.Review contracts and closing instructions for accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and title examiners.Prepare settlement statements, closing disclosures, and closing documents.Conduct closing appointments and explain documents to buyers and sellers.Ensure proper execution of documents and compliance with underwriting requirements.Coordinate post-closing activities and funding.Provide excellent service while building strong relationships within the local real estate community.Collaborate with title examiners, escrow assistants, and operations staff to ensure smooth transactions.Required qualifications for the position include:Experience as an Escrow Officer, Closer, or Escrow Assistant.Strong understanding of the real estate escrow and closing process.Knowledge of title commitments, settlement statements, and closing documentation.Proficiency with escrow software.Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.Preferred qualifications for the position include:Experience working as an Escrow Officer or Closer.Escrow Assistant ready to grow into a Closer role.Established relationships within the local real estate community.Salary Range: $55-75K annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
