• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and offer recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, silverware, and service stations
• Uphold all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and spirits
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and billing
