Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make recommendations. Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, adhering to service standards. Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and silverware during and after events. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the event. Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, including table arrangements and decorations. Collaborate with the kitchen staff and event captains to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements Previous experience as a server, preferably in catering or fine dining. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capacity to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other service items (up to 25 lbs). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
