Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at St. Rose Psychotherapy Services, you will engage in various tasks designed to support the mental health and wellness of your clients, including:

- Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional states, employing a variety of diagnostic tools to establish a clear understanding of their needs. \n
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that are uniquely tailored to each client’s specific circumstances, reflecting their goals and therapeutic needs. \n
- Providing diverse therapeutic interventions, including individual, familial, and group therapy, ensuring evidence-based practices are at the forefront of client care. \n
- Monitoring clients' progress closely and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, incorporating feedback and outcomes to optimize therapeutic efficacy. \n
- Delivering crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute emotional distress, employing effective strategies to stabilize their mental health. \n
- Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records, in adherence with both legal and ethical standards of practice. \n
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care. \n
- Continuously updating your knowledge through participation in professional development opportunities, including workshops and supervision sessions. \n
- Adhering to all ethical guidelines and best practices established by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations. \n
You will be working with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. \n
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is mandatory. \n
