The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsHere's What You Need:Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central PayrollMinimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experienceExperience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementationsMinimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resourcesCertified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experienceBonus Points If:You’ve got external consulting experienceYou’ve got experience with SuccessFactors integration to PayrollYou have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfacesCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
