IAM Analyst
Teamware Solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage user accounts, groups, and roles within the Ping Identity platform.
- Configure and manage identity repositories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
- Monitor user activity and identify potential security risks.
- Application Management: Configure and manage application connections within Ping Identity.
- Manage the Application Catalog.
- Ensure users have appropriate access to applications based on their roles and permissions.
- Security: Implement and enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) policies.
- Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to identity and access management.
- Provide technical support to users and other administrators.
- Other Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IAM.
- Document procedures and configurations.
- Work with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
