Job Description

The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Provides clerical support to the HR department.
• Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, wellness events, and social events.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional office experience required
• At least one year of human resources experience preferred
• Associate’s degree preferred

Schedule: Approximately 8 hours/week
