Initiate and build relationships and personal business through creative selling, client‑book use, mailings, and post‑sale follow‑up. Exceed monthly sales goals consistently and establish weekly sales plans and selling strategies. Assist in maintaining the visual presentation and general upkeep of the sales floor. Handle customer repairs and advise clients on solutions, including custom design pieces. Assist in inventory management in the stockroom and on the selling floor. Experience & Key Competencies Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury retail environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities. Ability to thrive in a high‑paced environment and multitask confidently. A positive, outgoing, high‑energy, entrepreneurial, and sales‑focused personality. Computer skills, including retail point‑of‑sale system operation, Word, Excel, and email.
