Job Title: Global Tax Director
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Tax Director to lead all aspects of tax compliance and provision for a growing, multinational organization. This role will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, ensuring tax efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls across domestic and international operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global tax compliance, including U.S. federal, state, and international filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee the quarterly and annual tax provision process (ASC 740), including financial statement reporting and disclosures
• Manage and improve tax processes, controls, and documentation to support audit readiness
• Partner with finance and accounting teams on tax implications of business initiatives, transactions, and expansion into new markets
• Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation and assess impact on the organization
• Drive tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s global effective tax rate
• Manage relationships with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license (required)
• 10 years of progressive tax experience, including leadership experience
• Strong background in both tax compliance and provision  
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and international tax regulations
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
