We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Sun Valley, known for its scenic beauty and vibrant community. This full-time role involves supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless communication between various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Inside Sales & Commercial Support:
  • Prepare and manage sales quotations in coordination with sales and technical teams.
  • Process and track customer purchase orders.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
  • Support invoicing follow-up and general sales administration.
• Back Office & Operations Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between U.S. sales and service teams, headquarters, manufacturing locations, and logistics partners.
  • Manage commercial and operational documentation, including order files, contracts, and compliance or technical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate data in internal systems, including CRM (Zoho) and ERP (SAP Business One).
• Administrative & Organizational Support:
  • Support field sales and service teams with scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
  • Prepare basic internal reports, including sales tracking, backlog, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes as the U.S. organization grows.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• 35 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Administration, or Commercial Back Office.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B environments is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and reliable manner.
• Professional communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a small to mid-size organization.
• Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented mindset.

Systems & Tools:

• ERP: SAP Business One (or similar ERP experience required).
• CRM: Zoho (or comparable CRM systems).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and standard office tools.

Languages:

• English: Native or fully fluent (required).
• Spanish: A strong plus, particularly for Mexico-related market support.

• U.S. citizen.
• No visa sponsorship required now or in the future.

Work Environment

• 100% on-site position (no remote or hybrid option).
• Office-based role with close interaction with sales, service, and management teams.
• Industrial B2B environment involving engineered, high-value technical products.
