MRI Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to accurately follow physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images. This role is located in Plantation, FL at a hospital setting. Candidates must be able to work independently in a high-volume environment with one magnet and manage high-acuity patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, MR specialization required.
• MRI advanced level certification and applicable state licensure for Florida.
• BLS certification.
• Experience performing general MRI scanning on a GE 1.5T magnet.
• Experience with Meditech or similar documentation systems preferred.
• Experience working in a high-volume, high-acuity hospital radiology department preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0700.
• Schedule includes nights, with Monday through Friday night staffing noted for the unit.
• No on-call requirements.
