Daily tasks include:Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.Mobility Support: Helping with ambulation and transfers.Health Monitoring: Checking vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and guiding range of motion exercises.Home Management: Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed-making etc.Medication Assistance: Assisting clients to take their daily medicationProvide structured support tailored to patient.Assist with behavioral management strategies when necessary.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience in a healthcare settings.Education: Certificate showing completion of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training.Licensing: Current, active CNA license listed in good standing with the state board.Traits: A compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered work ethic.Availability: Open availability, Monday - Friday, Weekend, OvernightsBAYADA recognizes and rewards our caregivers who maintain the highest standards of excellence.
