We are searching for a safety conscious individual to join our team of people who want to be the best at what they do, who think just "good" is never good enough, who take pride in their work and want to work with others who feel the same way.We are seeking a team player willing to work in a collaborative environment and enthusiastic about continuous improvement.Position SummaryThe General Foreman must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programsMonitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient methodMonitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employeesPrepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant informationQualificationsMinimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experienceNCEER Certified Plus (Preferred)Supervisory experience (Preferred)Physical Requirements:Selected candidates must be able to complete the following physical functions including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and other repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.
