Monitor Technician

Find Your Calling At Mercy!The Monitoring Technician is responsible for on-going surveillance of patient cardiac monitors and provides RNs and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms. Reviews patient information to determine normal heart rhythm pattern, current pattern and prior variances. Works cooperatively as part of a team. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:Location: Mercy Hospital NW ArkansasShift: Part-time (2-12hr. Shifts)/WeeklyHours: Days (6:45a - 7:15p)Qualifications:Education: High school diploma, G.E.D. and/or current Mercy coworker. Monitor tech course completion and/or passing score of 85% on monitor tech competency exam.Other: Basic computer skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential.
