Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Texarkana, TXFull-Time | Flexible Scheduling | $75K Sign-On Bonus | Supportive Team CultureA dynamic, full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) opportunity is available in a thriving and well-supported anesthesia department located in Texarkana, Texas. This role is ideal for both seasoned CRNAs and new graduates looking to grow their careers within a cohesive team and a high-quality clinical environment.Join a Level III trauma center where your clinical skills will be fully utilized across a diverse range of cases. This department is known for its strong leadership, robust mentorship, and modern approach to anesthesia care using the latest technologies and evidence-based practices.Why This Role Stands Out:Wide Case Variety: Manage cases including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, GYN, robotics, pediatrics, GI, EP, and urology. Optional OB cases for those experienced with epidural/spinal anesthesia. No heart or transplant cases.Advanced Equipment: Work with the latest Mindray Digital Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, GlideScopes, and EPIC for computerized charting.Flexible Scheduling: Choose between 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, with optional 16- and 24-hour shifts available after onboarding.Mentorship & Team Support: A collaborative culture with approachable leadership that emphasizes mentorship, especially for new graduates.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $260,000Additional Pay: Overtime, shift differentials, call pay, and holiday paySign-On Bonus or Student Stipend: $75,000Paid Time Off: Granted up frontCME Support: 40 hours of CME + $2,500 allowanceHealth & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs403(b) Retirement Plan with employer matchMalpractice Coverage: IncludedOptional Insurance: Home, auto, and pet insurance optionsTeam Culture:The CRNA team in Texarkana fosters a highly supportive environment focused on teamwork, continuous learning, and work-life balance.
