Role Description The Customer Support Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Americus, GA. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information about plans, billing, and account settings, and ensuring a positive service experience. The representative will troubleshoot service or technical issues, guide customers through resolutions, and follow up to confirm that concerns are fully addressed. Daily responsibilities also include documenting interactions, escalating complex issues when needed, and collaborating with team members to maintain high customer satisfaction and consistent service standards. Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction through patient, solution-focused interactions. Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication. Basic to intermediate Troubleshooting abilities for service and account-related issues. Comfort working in an on-site environment in Americus, GA, and collaborating with a local team. Ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Previous experience in telecommunications, call center, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
