Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources to inform treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to provide individual, family, and group therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include the setting of specific goals and interventions to address clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients in high-need situations.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and clinical standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and peer support groups to enhance community engagement and foster healing.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in an outpatient or mental health setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of clinical practice.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and a commitment to staying updated with current practices in mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical evaluation skills, with a specialization in building rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
