Clinical Supervisor - OH - LISW-S

**MUST be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the following location with the specific license type: LISW-S

Can supervise fully remote from any location within the state of OH; however, must reside permanently within the state of OH and must agree to MEET IN PERSON WITH THEIR RESIDENT ONE TIME (INITIAL SUPERVISION MEETING).

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions with patients in Ohio. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

A mix of telehealth sessions and face-to-face sessions with patients is available at the following locations:

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

Key Responsibilities

• Provision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians. Provision of weekly group supervision. Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours. This would equate to a minimum of 7 hours/week for a supervisor, which varies depending on the Resident caseload size.
• Willing to maintain a clinical caseload of seeing clients with at least 10 hours of availability per week (not a supervision-only position)
• Willingness to provide documentation oversight
• Coaching on the professional and clinical development of the resident clinician
• Completion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.
• Completion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.
• Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues.

Supervisor Requirements for LISW-S in OH

LISW-S Requirements:

• Only independent social workers who have obtained a training supervision designation shall provide training supervision.
• Applicants for training supervision designation shall apply on forms required by the board and shall document at least the following requirements.
• (a) One year post licensure experience as an independent social worker; and(
• b) Training in supervision of at least nine hours of continuing education in committee approved supervision programs or one master's level supervision course, which shall be completed as follows: between the date the applicant received the independent social worker and the date the applicant is applying for the supervision designation using continuing education training; or complete a master's level supervision course from an accredited university within the last three years

Supervision Compensation.

• For Clinical Caseload: Clinician will receive Fee For Service rates with bonus potential (ex. 90837 could be $48.70 to $56.49 depending on caseload)
• For Supervision: Provider will be compensated at a rate of seventy dollars and sixty-seven ($70.67) per Individual Supervision session. In the event that the 90837-session code compensation is greater than the individual supervision rate, the 90837 rate (vs code) will be used. The provider will receive a code to document their supervision hours and will be required to complete the recording documentation of such supervision.

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
