About the Position

Performs computerized tomographic radiographs according to established practices and Procedures, Reviews exams for clinical appropriateness, appropriately prioritizes exams, and demonstrates effective communication of critical situations. Is knowledgeable regarding hospital policies and procedures.

Shifts: 12-hour Varied shift position. Shift start time Varied Weekend – yes. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Holidays and floating may be required. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.

Orientation: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.

Requirements

CT tech. License- Must Be Currently Active
2 years’ experience current required. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. 

Certifications: BLS (must be through American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute); *Primary ARRT certification required, *ARRT (CT) certification is preferred * NM state license is required 

EMR: EPIC experience preferred.
