Strategic HR Manager Transportation & Industrial Ops
K&S Tire Recycling, Inc.
K&S Tire Recycling, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for our transportation, warehouse, and industrial recycling departments in Illinois.
The ideal candidate will bring strong employee relations, deep knowledge of Illinois employment law, and proven experience in workplace investigations and compliance. This role requires managing hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, terminations, and confidentiality while ensuring DOT/FMCSA driver
