Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric OT assessments and ongoing outpatient evaluations for pediatrics and adolescents with developmental delays
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to improve functional skills, ADLs, and independence
- Provide therapy addressing sensory integration, early intervention concepts, neurodevelopmental techniques, and feeding strategies
- Support visual perceptual skills, motor planning, and functional mobility through age-appropriate activities
- Educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (including Social Services); document progress in the charting system
- Ensure patient and family safety, monitor progress, and adjust goals as needed within a 1:1 patient-therapy framework when applicable

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient pediatric OT experience; first-timers not accepted
- NBCOT certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- EPIC charting experience preferred
- Two references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
- Travel assignment experience required
- Comfortable working in an outpatient pediatric setting with exposure to a variety of pediatric developmental diagnoses
- Ability to participate in 8-treatment-room environment and coordinate with Social Services as part of the care team
