Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Description This role is hybrid onsite, 3 days per week in Bagdad, AZ We are seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition professional to own full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering, skilled-trades, operations, and other hard-to-fill positions. This individual will partner closely with Site HR, hiring managers, and operations leadership to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, negotiation, and onboarding. Recruit for engineering, technical, skilled-trades, and operations positions. Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Lead, mentor, and provide day-to-day direction to 2–3 TA resources. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Talent Acquisition/HR experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years with a High School Diploma/GED. Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake, sourcing, screening, offers, negotiation, and pre-employment processes. Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, industrial, or skilled-trades positions. Previous experience in a Lead, Senior, or Supervisory recruiting role.
