Position: Lead Teacher
As a Lead Teacher , you will be the heart of the classroom—guiding assistant teachers, inspiring children, and ensuring each day reflects our commitment to excellence, safety, and care.
✨ What You’ll Do:
️ Lead the Classroom
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Bring Learning to Life
Implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons that spark creativity and development.
Mentor & Support Staff
Guide assistant teachers and model best practices in early childhood education.
Ensure Compliance
Maintain DSS/DBHDS standards and proper classroom ratios at all times.
Communicate with Families
Build strong partnerships with parents through consistent updates and collaboration.
Collaborate & Grow
Join weekly leadership meetings to share ideas, celebrate wins, and solve challenges together.
