WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Provide basic technical support to customers via email, phone, or other methods Answer calls from the call queue and manage accordingly Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding their inquiries received via phone or email Maintain customer contact and shipping information, follow up on part quotes, returns and late shipments, and pursue sales quote for purchase orders Process orders within an hour of receipt, including upload of sales order packet to the share drive Follow‑up and process SAP batch transactions* Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor Training provided

WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
