Kern Segal & Murray – Associate Attorney Position Daly City civil litigation firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney (0-3 years experience) to begin work immediately. Our firm has a broad range of practice areas, mainly personal injury and construction defect insurance defense. We are looking for a self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and detail oriented environment. The position will provide a substantial amount of responsibility with an appropriate level of supervision. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: drafting pleadings and correspondence taking and defending depositions working with clients on day-to-day advice and counsel inquiries handling a large caseload drafting discovery document review attending court hearings Qualifications: applicants must be licensed in California for the Associate position post-bar applicants awaiting bar results will have an opportunity to move into an Associate position once sworn in detail-oriented an ability to work independently strong communication and writing skills Experience or interest in Construction Defect, litigation, and/or public entity defense is a plus. Salary Range: $100,000+ depending on experience.
