Brookhaven Animal Hospital – 205 Town Blvd., Suite 210A, Atlanta, GA 30319 Full-Time | Hourly | Weekend Rotation Required Starting at $16+ per hour, based on experience Closed on Major Holidays | Holiday Pay Included Key Responsibilities Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally upon arrival Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and handle client communications Perform check-in and check-out procedures, process invoices, and take payments Maintain accurate patient records and update client information in practice software Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to support smooth patient flow Provide client education on hospital services, wellness plans, and general pet care Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism Support rotating weekend shifts (we are closed on all major/federal holidays and offer holiday pay) What We’re Looking For – Experience & Qualifications We’re seeking a candidate who is passionate about animals, thrives in a people-facing role, and has experience in a veterinary or healthcare front desk setting.
