JOB SUMMARY Job Title: Data Engineer Location: Cincinnati, OH InOffice Days: 4 Days (Mon-Thu) Pay Rate: $48-55 Role Overview The Consumer Profitability & Insights (CP&I) team is seeking a Data Engineer II to help build, support, and modernize critical data products that power Retail performance management, banker productivity insights, customer engagement analytics, and enterprise data domain enablement. CP&I partners closely with the Retail Line of Business to deliver trusted data and insights that directly support branch and banker performance. The team owns data processing that defines branch and banker profit and loss, which serves as the foundation for quarterly incentive compensation and performance management across Retail. The team also manages key datasets that measure banker productivity and capture interactions between bankers and customers, enabling leadership to better understand engagement, effectiveness, and growth opportunities. Beyond Retail, CP&I plays a key role in partnership with foundational data domains by helping move, standardize, and operationalize customerfacing data from source systems into enterprise data environments. This includes highvalue event data such as posted and pending transactions, customer profile updates, card connections, accounts, Zelle activity, and other critical customer interaction data. We are looking for an engineer who is strong in SQL, experienced in data movement and transformation, and motivated to help the squad evolve from a reactive support model to a proactive, solutionoriented engineering culture.
