Hiring: Contracts Manager | 3-Month Contract

Location: Cherry Creek, Colorado (Denver Area)

Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week / 2 days work from home

⏰ Schedule: 40 hours per week, full-time

Duration: 3-month contract

Experience: 2–5 years

I’m partnering with a leading global financial services organization seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support commercial and technology contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and professional services contracts.

Identify and manage contractual risks related to liability, indemnification, data privacy, confidentiality, and intellectual property.

Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Information Security, Compliance, and internal stakeholders.

Manage contract workflows and documentation using Agiloft.

Support contract negotiations and provide practical, business-focused solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.

Strong understanding of technology agreements and contractual risk management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with contract lifecycle management systems.

Nice to Have:

Financial services or asset management industry experience.

Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulations.

Experience with Agiloft.

Paralegal or relevant legal background.
