We are partnered with a well-established national law firm with a growing presence in San Diego in search of a mid-level Business Litigation attorney. The San Diego team specifically has been ranked among top-tier practices by Chambers USA for multiple consecutive year, with a culture that carries an entrepreneurial energy backed by the full resources of a national platform

We are seeking an associate with 3–8 years of defense-side business litigation experience in California state and federal courts. The incoming attorney will handle sophisticated commercial disputes across business, real estate, probate & fiduciary, and class action matters. Strong research and writing skills, command of discovery, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.


This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package, annual discretionary bonus eligibility, and genuine room for growth within a firm that has consistently invested in its people.
